Recapping the Green Design for Beginners Program!

As you may already know, Eco Start’s mission is to decrease the rates of air and water pollution in Riyadh. We created a pilot program for individuals interested in sustainability called the “Green Design for Beginners” program (GDB). With the help of renowned experts in the field such as Professor Yoshihide Wada from KAUST, Zulma Lopez from KAUST, and Aishah Abdallah from Anaq Al Ard, the GDB students learned about various environmental issues, mastered the fundamentals of graphic design, and applied their new skills to create posters and playlists relating to their interests in sustainability. Our students’ unique masterpieces are posted on our website for you to view!

Overall, the GDB program was successful, and we were very happy with the outcome. Stay tuned for a new Eco Start program coming soon!
